Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your course(s) must be unused. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank Account Again: Ensure the refund has not already been processed.
  2. Contact Your Credit Card Company: Sometimes, it may take a while for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account.
